Apply To Be A Beneficiary Couple
Stay tuned! We'll be announcing our 2024 beneficiary couple soon!
Applications for 2024 are currently closed. We hope to see all of you out on the golf course on September 6!
Infertility is a very common issue and can be very expensive to treat. We know. We've been there too. And we want to help.
If you are currently struggling with infertility, tell us your story and apply to be one of our beneficiary couples.
Criteria for consideration:
-
You have been diagnosed with infertility and IVF is indicated.
-
You are trying for your first baby.
-
You have no insurance coverage or have exhausted your benefits for IVF.
-
You will be no older than 42 years of age when you commence treatment.
-
You have no medical conditions that would prevent you from taking medication and undergoing the procedures of an IVF cycle, or prevent you from becoming pregnant and going through labor and delivery.
-
You must be willing to share your infertility journey with the media surrounding this event.
-
You will include your family, friends, and co-workers in this golf outing.
-
You will dedicate your time and effort to assist in the planning of this, and future, Birdies for Babies events.
